314e Corporation, a leading provider of healthcare IT products and solutions, is proud to announce that it has been named a Certified Data Partner for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)’s Data Aggregator Validation (DAV) program. This significant achievement reaffirms 314e’s commitment to providing accurate, high-quality clinical data to support its partners, payers, and health systems across the nation.
The NCQA Data Aggregator Validation (DAV) program is a rigorous, multi-step process designed to review and validate the quality of clinical data collected and shared by organizations. Organizations that become Certified Data Partners through this program demonstrate their ability to ingest, transform, and output clinical data in a manner that meets NCQA’s high standards for integrity and reliability.
As an NCQA Certified Data Partner, 314e has demonstrated that it supports validated clinical data streams, which can be used in HEDIS® reporting and other quality programs. The certification indicates that 314e's processes for handling data—from ingestion to output—are trustworthy, reducing the burden for health plans and providers to perform duplicative validation efforts. Certification findings may also be portable, which can save partners significant time and resources.
“The Data Aggregator Validation program is foundational to building trust in clinical data. By independently verifying the integrity and traceability of aggregated data, we’re helping health care organizations unlock the full value of their digital investments and support more accurate and efficient care delivery.”
- Wendy Talbot, Vice President, Measure & Data Operations, NCQA
NCQA’s Data Aggregator Validation program evaluates clinical data streams to determine whether they meet NCQA’s rigorous standards. Certified data partners are those that have demonstrated their ability to accurately and consistently manage clinical data. Validated data can then be used by health plans to support HEDIS® and other performance measurement programs, which are vital to driving healthcare improvement.
NCQA is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of health care organizations and recognizes clinicians and practices in key areas of performance. NCQA’s Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) is the most widely used performance measurement tool in health care. NCQA’s website (www.ncqa.org) contains information to help consumers, employers, and others make more informed health care choices.
