Our solution offers seamless EHR integration for Epic, making all archived data available with a single click via patient-level Single Sign-On (SSO) directly within Epic Hyperdrive at Go-Live. Clinicians never have to leave Epic to find their patients’ legacy data. We also generate MDM messages to enable direct linking from Epic HyperDrive to archived documents from Day 1.
Our unique process utilizes proprietary software to extract data directly from legacy EHR systems, converting it into formats ingestible by modern EMRs, including FHIR®, HL7v2, CCD, CSVs, and flat files. We establish real-time legacy database connections via a site-to-site VPN, minimizing gap loads at Go-Live and avoiding costly, delayed database backups.
