• Pinned Content on Homepage – Training teams can now highlight specific published content directly on the learner homepage and resource section using the new “Pinned Content” area. This provides better control over what learners see first and ensures priority content gets maximum visibility.

Enhancements 

• Enhanced video editing tools now allow authors to zoom into key video segments and blur specific areas to hide sensitive information or reduce distractions.
• A revamped share widget makes content distribution faster—select one or more assets, choose recipients, and deliver via email and in-app notifications directly from Jeeves.
• New content visibility settings give authors more control by defining whether assets are discoverable, browsable, or targeted (e.g., courses that only appear when assigned or shared).
• The Learner Bookmarked section has been upgraded to a unified “Resources” hub, bringing Bookmarked, Pinned, and Shared content together in one place for easier access.
• Coverage insights are now available for each asset, helping authors track reach based on associated categories and make better-informed content decisions.

Key Updates 

• Flexible, Reusable Assignments – Assignments can now be reused for recurring needs like onboarding and compliance. Published assignments can now be edited anytime to add, replace, or remove assets. Assign to different sets of learners in batches, each with its own due date, and reassign based on completion status. You can also add or remove users from existing batches as needed.
• Smarter Asset Management – Managing unpublished assets is now more structured and collaborative. Authors can classify assets using customizable authoring stages such as Draft, Under Review, or organization-defined labels. Reviewers can be assigned directly from the Asset Management screen. Real-time processing status is now visible without manual refresh, and each asset includes a detailed activity log for improved tracking.
• Discoverable and Trackable Courses – Courses can now be searched and shared more easily. You can also monitor engagement and completion through analytics.

Enhancements 

• Create user lists using rule-based criteria, no manual member management required. Lists automatically update based on defined rules; simply refresh to view the latest members.
• Organization-level setting added to require expiration dates for assets. When enabled, assets nearing expiry will be tagged as “Expiring Soon” in the Published Assets view to support proactive updates.
• Related asset suggestions shown beneath learner-facing asset previews can now be toggled at the org level, allowing greater control over content recommendations.
• New assignment settings allow admins to restrict video fast-forwarding and set a minimum watch percentage for completion.
• Updated asset preview layout with a cleaner, distraction-free design.

Key Updates 

• Automated Screenshots for Tip Sheets - Jeeves' AI captures screenshots automatically when converting videos into tip sheets, minimizing manual effort. Tip sheets can also be created directly from "Assets" without entering the authoring flow.
• AI Filler Word Removal - Eliminate "uhs" and "ums" from your audio. Jeeves' AI intelligently detects and helps you remove filler words for cleaner, more professional recordings.
• Enhanced Image Editor - Experience faster editing with AI annotation suggestions, along with manual options to crop, redact, and add shapes, text, arrows, emojis, draw and even create a path.

• Admins can now set a default AI voice or keep the original voice for consistent video creation, with creators able to override it. Existing videos remain unchanged.
• Processing speeds improved significantly.
• Trainers can choose to hide captions in video previews to prevent conflicts with built-in captions.
• Learners can enable or disable interactive annotations within the player.
• Assets can only be archived; the delete option has been removed.
• Edit metadata directly from the "Actions" field in Assets for quicker updates.

• In User Reports, the 'Assets Clicked' column is now clickable, allowing users to view a detailed list of accessed assets.
• The 'Upvotes/Downvotes' column in Assets Reports is now clickable, showing details of who upvoted or downvoted an asset.
• The 'Assets Viewed' column in Sessions Reports is now clickable and displays all related asset details.
• In both User and Sessions Reports, the 'Assignments Completed' column is now clickable, providing a list of completed assignments.

Jeeves Status Page

• Introduced a status page for Jeeves, displaying the current status of various services. Helps monitor service availability and access.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where clicking markers in the video timeline during buffering caused an "Uncaught TypeError". The fix ensures the media element’s ready state is checked before setting the currentTime property.
• Resolved an issue where Employee IDs were missing in certain cases when creating a broadcast.
• Back button behavior in Asset Preview now correctly returns to the previous page for all sources, except Shared and Broadcast views.

Enhancements

• User and session reports now provide more detailed insights into asset interactions and completed assignments.
• Asset upvotes/downvotes now display a list of users who rated an asset for better visibility.
• Refined asset previews in OkJeeves with improved design updates.
• Tip Sheet responsiveness enhanced for a smoother user experience.

• The search widget now opens in a popup, enabling users to search without leaving their current context.

Improved Asset Preview Screen

• Asset previews now open in full-screen with expanded metadata, including view count.
• Embedded video transcripts allow direct navigation to specific timestamps.
• Related content recommendations based on recent views appear below the preview.
• Tip sheet previews now include a side panel for step-by-step navigation.

Streamlined Category Mapping

• Many-to-many department-to-category mapping is now supported.
• Categories can be copied and pasted in bulk.
• Mapped categories can be removed inline.

• Fixed issues related to delayed asset preview loading.

Enhancements 

• Up to five verified email addresses can be configured under Admin Settings for outgoing communication.
• A single sender address must be configured for all automated notifications (assignments, workflows, password resets, etc.).
• If domain authentication is not set up, emails will be sent from noreply@okjeeves.com.
• All automated notifications now require a designated non-active mailbox sender address.

• AI-based Content Recommendations - New personalized content suggestions based on user behavior (searches, views, login department) now surface on the homepage, improving content discovery.
• Recorder Controller Improvements - A new recorder controller allows users to pause, resume, or finish a recording from any tab.

• Fixed a bug where captions were incorrectly generated for recordings with no audio. Caption generation now only runs when valid audio is detected.

• Introduced a new search bar and filter at the top of the Assignments screen.

• Live Chat Agent Integration - Introduced support for real-time communication with human agents through the Jeeves chatbot. Users can initiate live chat sessions and launch meeting links to enable screen sharing for faster issue resolution.

• Chatbot Streaming Response Support - Chatbot responses are now streamed in real-time as they are generated, improving response time for larger documents compared to the previous single-response model.
• Video Player Upgrade - Upgraded the video player, supporting enhanced video playback capabilities and enabling playback for longer videos (1 hour & more).

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed an issue where image thumbnails were appearing pixelated, improving visual quality and clarity.
• Resolved a bug in asset published notifications where updates to user details were causing inaccurate or delayed notifications.

Enhancements 

• Added a new blur feature in the Tip Sheet image editor for better control over image manipulation, enhancing the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
