You’re measured on outcomes rather than just outputs. You stay curious about what comes next and speak up instead of waiting for a project plan.

Major product or strategic bets start with a lightweight proposal: problem definition, alternatives, and a rough impact estimate. That proposal lives in a shared document so any stakeholder can comment or raise concerns. Once feedback converges, the decision happens at the team level closest to the work, and leadership steps in only to resolve genuine conflicts or resource constraints. We document each decision along with its rationale so future teams can understand our thinking.

In our day-to-day, feedback isn’t reserved for sit-down reviews—it happens in the moment. If you notice a teammate doing something really well, you tell them right away. If you see an approach that could be tighter or more efficient, you ask a clarifying question or offer a suggestion on the spot. We treat these exchanges as chances to learn, not as judgment.

If consensus isn’t possible, we prototype the modestest possible solution, learn from the outcome, and iterate. This approach keeps us moving at velocity rather than stalling on perfect data, and it reinforces our ownership culture—because if you make a call, you also own the results.
