Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent, intuitive, and aligned with product goals.
- Continuously learn and adapt — bringing fresh ideas to improve our products.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in UX design (internships or project work count too).
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio (academic, freelance, or professional) showcasing your design work.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate better with developers.
- Interest in healthcare technology or B2B products.
